SUSTAINABILITY POLICY

VAOVA S.A.S declares itself as a travel agency compromised with the protection of the tourist destinations and their natural, sociocultural and economic patrimony, through the implementation and control of sustainability programmes aligned with the existing sectoral technical standard NTS-TS 003. Our services are based on an experience of inclusion and respect to the local communities and destinations offered in our portfolio, aiming for their protection and development.

In line with the above, we express our commitment with increasing the positive impacts of our operation, implementing good environmental, economic and sociocultural practices in our facilities, as well as destinations and activities included in our portfolio.

Likewise, we engage with reducing the negative effects for sustainability generated by our operation through the implementation of campaigns and programmes for the optimization and good practice in the use of resources in our facilities, and destinations and activities offered in our portfolio. Our responsibility with the environment and society motivates us to generate a sense of belonging in our clients and collaborators, which allows them to represent in the best way VAOVA S.A.S’ ideology and values in the destinations and activities, seeking to generate a positive environmental, economic and sociocultural impact. Accordingly, we will attempt to work with suppliers that share our vision, demonstrating their commitment with sustainability.

VAOVA S.A.S rejects and denounces the sexual and labor exploitation of minors, as well as any form of discrimination on the basis of race, genre, sexual orientation, disability, religion, political belief, or national origin in the activities and touristic destinations offered, defending our objective of improving the people’s quality of life through the delivery of a complete, responsible and high-quality service.

This policy will be revised every year or when considered necessary if a significant change takes place. It will be published in our facilities and the communication tools available for the general public, clients and providers.
